Must See: Tavares lights the lamp 3 times against Coyotes

With all of the focus on superstar forwards Sidney Crosby and Connor McDavid as the Pittsburgh Penguins and Edmonton Oilers squared off on Tuesday night, it was New York Islanders captain John Tavares who reminded people that hey… he’s no slouch himself. 

The NHL’s forgotten superstar lit the lamp for his 7th career hat trick as the Islanders got past the Arizona Coyotes 5-3.
