Philadelphia Flyers goaltender Michael Neuvirth may not have gotten the W last night against the Colorado Avalanche, but the 29-year-old netminder has gotten off to a strong start this season. Neuvirth is 2-3-1 with a 2.17 GAA and .928 Sv% in six starts this season.

Even more impressive? His brand new mask in support of teammate Jakub Voracek’s “Kluk Puk” charity. Initiated two years ago, the charity aims at raising money and awareness for multiple sclerosis, a disease that Voracek’s sister suffers from.

For every point that Voracek scores, he donates $1000 for Kluk Puk and has raised tens of thousands of dollars in the past two season. Now, Neuvirth is getting in on the cause by first designing, then wearing a brand new mask and auctioning it off at the end of the season. Proceeds from the auction will be donated to Kluk Puk.
