On Saturday night the Tampa Bay Lightning defeated the New York Rangers in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Final and now our Stanley Cup Final matchup is set. The defending Stanley Cup Champions will look to defend their title and capture a third consecutive Stanley Cup, truly establishing themselves as a dynasty in the process, while the Avalanche will look to begin a dynasty of their own as their young group of stars attempts to achieve their ultimate goal and secure the Avalanche's first Stanley Cup in over 20 years.
We now have all of the details of when things will go down with the National Hockey League releasing the full Stanley Cup Final schedule on Sunday, up to and including Game 7 should it be necessary. Thankfully things won't be too complicated for television viewers either with the entire final set to air on the same networks across all 7 games.
Here is the schedule as per the NHL:
Game 1 - Wednesday, June 15th - 8:00 pm ET.
Game 2 - Saturday, June 18th - 8:00 pm ET.
Game 3 - Monday, June 20th - 8:00 pm ET.
Game 4 - Wednesday, June 22nd - 8:00 pm ET.
Game 5 - Friday, June 24th - 8:00 pm ET.
Game 6 - Sunday, June 26th - 8:00 pm ET.
Game 7 -Tuesday, June 28th - 8:00 pm ET.
