Ever since the NHL Draft took place over the weekend, several trades have been documented and reported and players have changed addresses for the upcoming season.

However, one player still has no clue he was moved on Monday…

The Dallas Stars acquired right wing Ryan Hartman from the Philadelphia Flyers for centre Tyler Pitlick. The trade was announced Monday, two days after the end of the NHL draft and a week before the start of free agency.

However, Hartman still doesn’t know he is now a member of the Stars…

Hartman left on Friday hoping to get some rest, announcing via Twitter that he was going off the grid. His mother Kim Hartman has confirmed that he does not yet know that he has been moved. She initially tried to reach out to him and has since confirmed that he remains unaware about the move.

The 24-year-old was traded at the deadline, moving from the Nashville Predators to the Flyers as a key piece of the Wayne Simmonds trade. He had 12 goals and 14 assists while playing 83 regular-season games last season. He played 64 games for Nashville before getting traded to Philadelphia, where he played 19 more.

This is the third trade in Harman’s young career, as he was moved to Nashville from the Chicago Blackhawks during last year’s deadline. He was selected in the first round, 30th overall by the Hawks back in 2013.

We bet this will be the most memorable trade seeing that we still have no clue when he will find out about it!
