The New Jersey Devils skated away with a well earned 4-3 victory over the Detroit Red Wings last night in a game that featured plenty of big hits and some nasty emotions.
The two teams looked like they were throwing things back to the heyday of their rivalry like in the 1995 Stanley Cup Final. After the final buzzer sounded though, that's when things really went off the rails. Everyone on the ice grabbed a partner and started throwing punches.

After all that, the NHL has handed out just one bit of discipline, giving Red Wings defenseman Ben Chiarot a $5,000 fine for butt ending Devils defenseman Simon Nemec.
