According to numerous reports, current New Jersey Devils forward, and NHL legend Jaromir Jagr has said he's willing to be moved. It comes as little to no surprise, the Devils have struggled this season and it's clear that although Jagr is happy to being playing pretty much anywhere in the NHL at this point in his career, he would prefer to play for a contender. Jagr is on a 1-year $3.5 million dollar deal so he would be a rental to any team looking to acquire his services, and at 42 years of age it's hard ot know how much longer the ageless wonder can keep it going. He has managed to register 21 points in 37 games on a bad team, so he clearly has some gas left in the tank. Jagr spoke to the Pittsburgh Tribune Review about the possibility of a trade:
"I have no problem with anything," "It's up to (Devils general manager) Lou (Lamoriello). He knows me. I know him. I've got no problem with (being traded). "If he wants to move me, he will. If he doesn't, he doesn't. He knows I like it here, but it's all about whatever is best for the team."
If you're team was in a position to make a run at the cup, would you want the proven veteran?
