NHL player is moving back to KHL next season!
Vice Sports

Yesterday was all about Marleau, Thornton, Price and Kuznetsov, but regular life still went on in the rest of the hockey world. Some UFAs and RFAs still needed to ink a new deal for the upcoming season, but we just learned one NHLer will be moving East for next season.

According to KHL insider Igor Eronko, Flyers forward Roman Lyubimov is moving back to the CSKA in the KHL.

Lyubimov became RFA on July 1st and the Flyers didn't signed him yet. There is still time to do so, as player can have contracts in both leagues, but it would be surprising to see him skate on a North American rink in the near future. Before moving to the Flyers, Lyubimov played for the CSKA for 6 years. In Philly last season, he earned a meager 6 points in 42 games played, making him less than vital for the team.

Terms of his new contract are yet to be disclosed. The 25 years old will be playing his 7th professional season already.
