NHL referee gets absolutely obliterated by a giant hit

Carolina Hurricanes forward William Carrier has never been afraid to throw his weight around.

But after tonight's collision he might be a little more careful moving forward.

While chasing a puck deep in the Chicago Blackhawks zone this evening Carrier laid a massive hit on Blackhawks defenseman Artyom Levshunov... the problem? He leveled referee Cody Beach in the process.
