The Conference Finals begin tomorrow night with the Vegas Golden Knights taking on the Colorado Avalanche in Game 1 of the Western Conference Final.

The Carolina Hurricanes, fresh off a two week rest, will host the Montreal Canadiens off of one day rest on Thursday night for Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Final.

While the league had released a preliminary schedule for the Conference Finals this past weekend, it made things official last night when the Canadiens edged out the Buffalo Sabres in Game 7 of their second round matchup. We now know exactly what the schedule looks like for each series.

Check it out:

West
Game 1: Wed May 20 at COL
Game 2: Fri May 22 at COL
Game 3: Sun May 24 at VGK
Game 4: Tues May 26 at VGK
Game 5: Thurs May 28 at COL*
Game 6: Sat May 30 at VGK*
Game 7: Mon June 1 at COL*

*If necessary

East
Game 1: Thurs May 21 at CAR
Game 2: Sat May 23 at CAR
Game 3: Mon May 25 at MTL
Game 4: Wed May 27 at MTL
Game 5: Fri May 29 at CAR*
Game 6: Sun May 31 at MTL*
Game 7: Tues June 2 at CAR*

Interestingly enough, we also have some insight into what the Stanley Cup Final schedule might look like. We already know that if Colorado wins in the West then they'll have home-ice advantage. If Vegas wins then either Carolina or Montreal would have home ice advantage.

Here's what the NHL's preliminary Stanley Cup Final schedule looks like:

Originally planned Stanley Cup Final schedule:
Game 1: Thurs June 4

Game 2: Sat June 6

Game 3: Tues June 9

Game 4: Thurs June 11

Game 5: Sun June 14

Game 6: Wed June 17

Game 7: Sat June 20
