More than a week has passed since former NHL enforcer Nick Tarnasky went viral last week for his brutal fight on a golf course in Red Deer, Alberta. Earlier this month, Tarnasky and his group of friends asked to play ahead of the drunken idiots and were rebuffed. That’s when things escalated and ended up in the wildest fight of the summer, throwing the idiot into the lake, but also dumming him with literal “BANGS” to the face and pigeon tossed him like he’s a pebble.

It unfolded from there. The golfer also issued a statement a few days after the brawl, taking full ownership of his actions and laying none of the blame on Tarnasky himself, while the former NHLer was a guest on the Spittin Chiclets podcast, providing the full story on the fight, sending a message to the golfer in question and explaining that he had heard back from former teams looking to see if he’d be interested in lacing up the skates again.

But then on Friday, Tarnasky’s name popped up again in trends on social media. Fans started tagging him when a video of a crazed passager on an American Airlines plane went viral for an epic meltdown that he blamed on a flight attendant with “beautiful eyes.” The unidentified flyer described himself as “the realest person on the East Coast” while bragging about working with Florida rapper Kodak Black before he erupted into a long-winded rant just before taking off from Charlotte to Denver on Sunday. He demanded booze, though he claimed he “doesn’t even like to drink” and ranted on an on about losing his phone charger and threatening other passagers and employees.

“You really p—ed off your customer — shut the f-ck up,” he yells at one attendant at the start of one of the clips.

“Call the police. I’ll f–k them up,” he then threatens. “You guys f-cked with the realest person on the East coast,” adding that he would “l ight a blunt on this plane.”

After taking orange prescription bottle out of his backpack and popping something in his mouth, he keeps rambling about getting a refund or a better seat, even offering to pay $100 to sit in the cockpit, adding he expects first class.

“I’ll talk to the police, I’ll talk to whoever you f–king want me to talk to I’ll talk to your supervisor and we’ll make a deal,” he says.

As soon as he started telling one to “shut the f-ck up” and saying he is ready to take his case to court in the video, hockey fans started tagging and mentioning Tarnasky’s name as the one guy that was needed to handle the crazed passenger.

American Airlines said the “disruptive passenger” was eventually yanked off the plane before takeoff and continued as scheduled following the removal.

Tarnasky was also trending because pro golfers Justin Thomas, Rory McIlroy and Tommy Fleetwood took just under six hours to complete their opening round at the Open Championship. Fans demanded Tarnasky be hired by the PGA.
