P.K. Subban appears to take a brutal shot at the Canadiens following his trade.

The Montreal Canadiens made what can only be described as a franchise-defining trade yesterday when they dealt P.K. Subban to the Nashville Predators in exchange for Shea Weber.

And while Subban did appear to take a few mild shots at his former team during the conference call that followed the trade, it was nothing compared to the shot he now appears to have taken on social media.

While Subban did not send the message out himself. he did retweet something from Armen Keteyian regarding the decision to trade him, and it reads as follows:

I'm no hockey nut but the P.K. Subban trade defies logic. The Habs cut the heart and soul out of their team. Welcome to Music City, bud!

Subban, like Keteyian, appears to believe that the Habs have cut out the heart and soul of their team by dealing him to the Predators.
