The Florida Panthers have issued a safety warning ahead of their Stanley Cup parade on Sunday, with the team clearly concerned about the well being of the fans that will be in attendance today.

The sun has come out in Sunshine, Florida for the Panthers Stanley Cup parade with a high of 32 degrees Celsius or 89.6 degrees Fahrenheit, leaving the Panthers concerned about how that might impact fans standing along the road in anticipation of the parade.

Thankfully the Panthers seem to have come fully prepared for this eventually and have set up several stops along the parade route in which fans will be able to receive aid, or even just water, should they start feeling ill under the effects of the scorching sun in Florida.

The Panthers have issued the following statement:

STAY COOL & STAY SAFE

It's going to be a hot one, South Florida!

First aid tents and free bottled water stations will be located along the parade route to help you beat the heat.

If you're feeling unwell or need medical assistance, head to the nearest first aid tent for support. Stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, and take breaks in the shade when you can - your safety is our priority.STAY COOL & STAY SAFE It's going to be a hot one, South Florida! There is a chance of rain so fans on the parade route might get a break from the sun in that regard, and it would be a repeat of last year's parade where severe thunderstorms were the main cause of concern that time around.

There's no telling what the Panthers have planned this time around but Panthers star forward Matthew Tkachuk has already made it clear that the beers will be flowing.

3 most certain things in life

1) Death
2) Taxes
3) Me shotgunning a Bud Light at elbo room tomorrow

Can’t wait for the parade ! We have the best fans in the world!

This will be one that fans in Florida won't want to miss.
