Patrick Kane has some harsh words for Blackhawks after a “disappointing” and “crushing” offseason

It's tough to be a Chicago Blackhawks fan these days... I tell ya...

GM Kyle Davidson pretty much gutted his roster this past offseason in an effort to recoup picks and prospects and restock the team's young talent. Gone are useful players like Alex DeBrincat and Kirby Dach in favour of draft picks. The Blackhawks project to be one of the worst teams in the NHL this upcoming season and that's not sitting well with veterans like Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane.

Kane himself commented on DeBrincat's departure at the opening of training camp earlier today and made it clear that he's not happy with the direction that the team is taking.
