Kane just threw up a surprise tweet announcing the arrival of "PTKIII" or Patrick Kane the third. Kane himself, of course, is Patrick Kane Jr. He and longtime girlfriend Amanda Grahovec have, for the most part, kept their pregnancy private and out of the public sphere. So, to say that Kane's news came as a surprise to many is the understatement of the year.
