It's not hard to imagine a world where a player like Patrick Sharp could be bitter after he was traded from a Stanley Cup championship team during the offseason, but during his conversation with Blackhawks reporter Charlie Roumeliotis today Sharp revealed he had no hard feelings at all, and was in fact still a fan of the team.

"They're fun to watch," said Sharp.

Sharp on what he thinks of Patrick Kanes dominant season.

"Definitely proud of him. It's fun to watch," said Sharp before adding, "but hopefully he takes the night off."

Sharp will be playing the 800th game of his NHL career this evening, at the United Center, in Chicago, an incredible coincidence.

"Kind of weird how that happens. Should be fun."
