Paul Bissonnette embarrasses TNT broadcast after Leafs win Game 6.

Paul Bissonnette has definitely earned the title of the Toronto Maple Leafs number one cheerleader in the 2025 Stanley Cup playoffs, at least when it comes to public figures that are routinely featured on the National Hockey League broadcasts of those very same playoffs.

Bissonnette, a native of Welland, Ontario, has been unwavering in his support of his hometown team and that continued ahead of Game 6 on Friday despite the fact that many fans in Toronto had given up on their team after a brutal 6-1 loss at home to the Florida Panthers in Game 5. The Maple Leafs would reward Bissonnette for his faith in Game 6 however, shutting out the defending Stanley Cup champions and forcing a Game 7 on in Toronto on Sunday.

Needless to say Bissonnette was pretty excited about the result on Friday night... perhaps even a little too excited. While on the TNT panel Bissonnette would break out into his own rendition of Oasis' Wonderwall, only he would change the lyric of Wonderwall to "Joseph Woll" the Maple Leafs goaltender that was in net for the shutout in Game 6.

It was a hilarious moment on the panel that you simply have to see to believe.

Perhaps even more hilarious than the rendition from Bissonnette, which I must admit had me howling at the screen, was the reaction from the rest of his co-hosts on the panel who simply could not believe what they were hearing. To a man they all put their face in the palm of their hands in second-hand embarrassment for what they were witnessing in that moment.

I can't wait to see the reaction to whatever happens in Game 7 on Sunday.
