New Penguins president of hockey operations Kyle Dubas has been active so far in his first offseason on the job, electing to not only re-sign goaltender Tristan Jarry to a controversial new contract but also to bring in a handful of new players.
Forward Jonathan Gruden is now the latest to sign on the dotted line, a two-way contract worth $775,000 at the NHL level:
Gruden played three games at the NHL level last season, and also racked up career highs in goals with 16 with the AHL affiliate Wilkes-Barre Scranton Penguins.
