A player in the DEL narrowly escaped getting run over by the Zamboni during intermission as Straubing Tigers forward Stefan Loibl was in the midst of an interview when the scary crash almost occurred.
Loibl was in the middle of an interview when the Zamboni came out of nowhere and almost ran him over. The 21-year-old barley managed to escape the shocking incident.

Nothing has been said on what might have happened with the driver... Many there was a malfunction, but one thing is certain: Loibl and fans got terrified!
