Predators make a big move in goal today

The Nashville Predators have signed goaltender Justus Annunen, affectionately known as 'Big Juice' by Preds fans, to a two year contract extension worth $1.25 million per season.

The 25 year old Finnish netminder has played 12 games fr the Preds so far this season, picking up just three wins along the way. He played 23 games last season and has firmly entrenched himself as the backup to longtime Preds starter Juuse Saros.

With Annunen now inked for the next two seasons and with Saros locked in until 2033, Predators GM Barry Trotz has secured his team's goaltending nicely.
