You either love it or you hate it. No… not Tom Wilson. We’re talking about the Vegas Golden Knights pregame show. The Knights made a ton of fans last season, especially during the 2018 Stanley Cup Playoffs, for putting on long, elaborate pregame ceremonies full of pomp and circumstance. In short, it’s everything you might expect from a Vegas show.

Remember when they had a Knight slice a jet in half prior to the team’s Western Conference showdown against the Winnipeg Jets? I mean… who can forget this?

Well, let's just say that the long ceremony wasn't exactly everyone's style... especially for hockey traditionalists.

Ahead of last night's 4-1 win for the Nashville Predators over the Knights, the Preds in-game presentation team had a little fun at the Golden Knights' expense, poking fun at the team's pre-game ceremony with a take off of their own. Check it out:

Perfect. Just perfect. Hopefully we have the beginning of a really, really good rivalry brewing here. Both the Preds and the Knights have really deep rosters and should both make the playoffs again this season. Hopefully, with any luck we'll get to see a battle of pregame ceremonies this Spring.
