Preds' dark horse still getting the cold shoulder!

He was the hero no one expected.

The Stanley Cup final is the place for superstars to rise and shine on hockey's biggest stage. You would expect guys like Crosby, Rinne, Subban and Malkin to make the difference and ultimately carry their team's on their shoulders. However, a special story emerged during the Final when Frédérick Gaudreau became a kid of dark horse for the Preds. The undrafted 24 years old is fast becoming a surprising central piece of the Preds offence, but apparently his spot in the locker room hasn't changed.

Yep, the guy scored two huge goals during the first 3 Final games but he still gets the cheap folding chair and side table! The best part is that he doesn't care one bit, all he wants is to go out there and make his mark. He was quoted saying he would sit on the floor if he needed to, as long as he got a few shifts each night.

What a guy! In all honesty though, we would all do the same to get a chance to win the Cup!
