Radim Rabat from the Vancouver Canucks was believed to be one of the most interesting forward on the market at the trade deadline.
ESPN's Pierre Lebrun announced today that the Canucks weren't ready to rade him just yet. According to lebrun, general manager Jim Benning hasn't asked for Vrbata's list of 5 teams were he doesn't want to get traded to.
Canucks are currently in the playoff race, playing in the not so competitive Pacific division.
Radim Vrbata has had a disappointing season so far, but he can still be a valuable player for the Nucks down the stretch.
It will be interesting to see what Benning decides what to do with Vrbata who will become an unrestricted free agent this summer.
