Rangers place 24 year old forward on waivers today

This just in, the New York Rangers have placed Juuso Parssinen on waivers.

The 24 year old center has played just 14 games for the Rangers this season, putting up two goals and three points. In total he has 22 goals and 56 points in 151 career NHL games split between the Rangers, Colorado Avalanche and Nashville Predators.

He managed a stellar 25 points in just 45 games with the Preds during his rookie season in 2022-23.

If Parssinen clears waivers tomorrow afternoon, he'll be assigned to the team's AHL affiliate Hartford Wolf Pack.
