Red Wings fans get a scare as Lucas Raymond takes a puck to the head (VIDEO)
Uh oh......
Nothing has gone right for the Detroit Red Wings their past two games after initially starting the 2021-22 NHL Season by giving their fans excitement and hope for the future.
They've managed less than ten shots on goal through two periods tonight against the Boston Bruins and trail by a 3-0 score. Of course, this also means that they've now gone nearly two full games without having found the back of the net thanks to their 3-0 shutout loss against the struggling Montreal Canadiens on Tuesday.
And now, it looks like there may have been more injury added to the insult.
Rookie forward Lucas Raymond took a puck to the head near the end of the second period, and immediately left the ice and was attended to by team training staff.
Thankfully, it doesn't appear to be a serious issue, as he returned to the bench for the third period.
