It seems like the most dangerous job in the world is now being a goaltender for the Vegas Golden Knights. Oscar Dansk, Vegas third goaltender, was injured and had to leave for the locker room during his team game against the New York Islanders on Monday night.
Dansk earned the starting job after number one goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury and backup Malcom Subban (claimed off waivers from the Boston Bruins) were placed on the injured reserve. Rookie Maxime Lagace was called to jump in action. Lagace, 24, was never drafted he has only 73 games played under his belt in the American Hockey League.
Will the Golden Knights be able to overcome that other huge challenge?
