I can’t take it anymore!

According to a report from Vancouver Canucks insider Dan Murphy of Sportsnet, Canucks sniper Brock Boeser will not play tonight’s game against the Detroit Red Wings.

It’s believed that Boeser tweaked his groin in Friday evening’s victory over the Colorado Avalanche.

Currently the Canucks are without the following players due to injury:

Brandon Sutter (shoulder)
Sven Baertschi (concussion)
Jay Beagle (fractured forearm)
Alex Edler (MCL sprain)
Anders Nilsson (fractured finger)
Chris Tanev (hip)

The Canucks have not made a call up from the AHL’s Utica Comets to take Boeser’s spot if it’s determined he can’t go tomorrow, but they do have veteran Darren Archibald travelling with them on their current six game road trip.
