The Toronto Maple Leafs (8-5-0) are in California tonight taking on the Los Angeles Kings (9-2-1) in a rematch after the Canadian club won 3-2 against their American counterparts on October 23rd.
Mike Babcock announced several changes to the lineup tonight, that have caused a bit of a stir on social media.
Josh Leivo still doesn't appear to be getting a fair shake under Babcock despite strong performances in his couple outings so far. Scratching Connor Carrick in favour of Roman Polak is also a move that doesn't sit well with fans - they'd prefer to see a mobile defenseman in the lineup.
Curtis McElhinney will start tonight.
