Report: Capitals announce four cuts at training camp

Today, the Washington Capitals have announced that four players will be returned to the Hershey Bears.

As reported by Isabelle Khurshudyan of the Washington Post, these players are all waiver-exempt and can head straight to Hershey.

Travis Boyd (6th round selection, 2011) led the Bears in points last season and was 3rd in points in 2015-16. Does he have what it takes to eventually crack Washington’s talented offensive corps?
