After another Groundhog's Day of a press conference in Oil country, the root of the problem is not necessarely the coach, said Oilers GM Craig MacTavish.   In what seems to be a downward spiral since too long, MacTavish admitted today that he was also part of the problem, so it was reported by Derek Van Diest of the NHL: "There is blood all over my hands in this too as well, because I put the lineup together and the roster" However, it hasn't been the coaching that's been the problem for way too long. Look at that stats sheet: since MacTavish was relieved of his position after the 2008-09 season, there has been five coaching changes follwing the late Pat Quinn, Tom Renney, Ralph Krueger and Eakins.   Could this be a sign of more things to come? Could Mac-T be the root of all problems? Should desperate time call for desperate measures? When will it end, Oilers fans?
