Report: Flyers lose one of their top defenseman to injury.

The Philadelphia Flyers' have lost arguably their biggest presence on the blue line.

An official report via the organization's social media platform has revealed that Radko Gudas is currently dealing with the effects of an upper-body injury, and as a result he will miss Friday night's match up against the San Jose Sharks and possibly more down the line.

It's unclear what is ailing Gudas or how long he is expected to be out, general manager Ron Hextall is notoriously tight-lipped when it comes to injuries and this was no expection, he would only add that Gudas is currently "day to day."
