Report: Former NHLer's “wild night” has cost him his marriage.

A drunken night out on the town was the last straw for actress Hilary Duff. According to TMZ, the famous singer/actress has filed for divorce from her husband, former NHLer Mike Comrie. The divorce comes only one day after reports surfaced that Comrie was drunkenly propositioning women at Mastro's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills. Duff then hired attorney Laura Wasser and lists irreconcilable differences as the reason behind the split. Duff allegedly is asking for primary physical custody of their almost 3-year-old son in the divorce documents, giving her husband visitation rights. A source told TMZ that she is concerned Comrie's drinking and partying could affect their child. The two have been married since 2010, but reportedly separated in January 2014. Comrie played 13 NHL seasons for the Edmonton Oilers, Philadelphia Flyers, Phoenix Coyotes, Ottawa Senators, New York Islanders, and the Pittsburgh Penguins. Comrie was forced to retire in 2012 after having his third hip surgery. Sometimes it's just not meant to be.
