Report: Hurricanes make a significant change for Game 2
Whoa! Rod Brind'Amour has seen enough...
The Carolina Hurricanes host the Florida Panthers for Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Final this evening and will be looking to split the series after getting trounced in Game 1.
Given the Hurricanes' lack of offense in Game 1, you can't blame head coach Rod Brind'Amour for making some lineup changes for this evening's game. While nothing is official, it looks like former 3rd overall pick Jesperi Kotkaniemi will be a healthy scratch tonight. Kotkaniemi took this morning's game-day skate with the team's regular healthy scratches, while his teammates took line rushes.
Kotkaniemi has gone scoreless in 11 playoff games this post-season.
