Some good and bad news this morning.
The Philadelphia Flyers took to the ice this morning in anticipation of their game tonight against the Colorado Avalanche.
The Flyers (7-6-1) have been dealing with a slew of injuries to important players. Updates were issued this morning on two of their players.
Radko Gudas is listed with an upper-body injury, and it is believed that it is in fact a concussion.
The second update pertains to second overall pick Nolan Patrick.
Patrick sustained a concussion against the Anaheim Ducks back on October 24th and hasn't played since. It wasn't initially confirmed that he was dealing with concussion-symptoms.
His presence in practice is a good sign, but his no-contact jersey indicates that he still has some time to go before he can return to the team.
