Pittsburgh Penguins prospect Jean-Sebastien Dea is having a strong season so far in the AHL! The 23-year old forward scored six goals and added seven assists for 13 total points in 19 games played with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins

Undrafted in the NHL, the Laval, Quebec native signed with the Penguins organization in 2014. He is currently playing is fourth season in the AHL (he played 14 games in the ECHL during the 2014-2015 season). In 229 games, he produced 107 points (regular season and playoffs included). He played one game with the Penguins last season without registering a point.

At the junior hockey level, Dea produced 225 points in 210 games played (regular season and playoffs included) over three seasons with the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies (QMJHL).
