Kyle Dubas has been the president of hockey operations for the Pittsburgh Penguins for just over 24 hours, and he's already putting his mark on the organization in a huge way.

According to a report from the Daily Faceoff's Frank Seravalli, Dubas has terminated a handful of Penguins employees, including Alec Schall (director of hockey strategy), Teena Murray (Senior Vice President of sports science/performance) and Kerry Huffman (director of pro scouting).

Among the reason speculated that Dubas was terminated from the Maple Leafs was his alleged desire for more autonomy within the organization, which apparently rubbed team president Brendan Shanahan the wrong way.

Well now, Dubas has his autonomy, and he's already made the most of it!
