Report: Nazem Kadri is on a roll!
Keystone Press

Toronto Maple Leafs forward Nazem Kadri has certainly proved his value since last season, when he scored a career-high 32 goals, added 29 assists for 61 total points, his best season since he joined the NHL. Many were doubting Kadri could keep up these kind of numbers again this season, and so far he has proved everybody wrong. He already scored 11 goals and added 10 assists for 21 points in 25 games. Before his team's last game against the Washington Capitals last Saturday, the 27-year old forward had register a point in his last nine games.

Drafted seventh overall by the Maple Leafs in 2009, Kadri registered 279 points in 433 games played in the NHL so far. He added six points in 13 playoff games.

If he keeps with the pace he is having since the beginning of the season, the London, Ontario native could finish the season with 36 goals and 69 points, which would be better numbers than last season.

What do you think, Leafs fans? Will Kadri beat the numbers he had last season?
