Report: NHL 17 unveils it's top 10 defenseman.

In a great tactic to promote the upcoming release of their new game EA Sports has begun the process of releasing the rankings for the players who will be featured in NHL 17.

The latest sent of rankings features some of the National Hockey League's best defenseman, and additionally provides an interesting angle as a result of the high profile trade between the Canadiens and Predators this summer. For the time being Shea Weber wins out in the eyes of EA Sports as he has earned the top billing at the position sharing the spot with the Kings Drew Doughty.

There's also another tie on this list, a tie for third between Chicago's Duncan Keith and Minnesota's Ryan Suter, while the other half of the aforementioned trade P.K. Subban is only 8th on the list.
