Report: Oilers filed a complaint with NHL over fan treatment of Evander Kane
Soooooooooooft as soft can be.
According to a report from Vancouver Canucks insider Rick Dhaliwal, the Edmonton Oilers filed a complaint with the NHL over their fans treatment of star forward Evander Kane.
Specifically, the NHL complained about a sign that the 'Green Men' displayed alongside the penalty box that poked fun at Kane's history of gambling. The sign read 'Evander... what's the parlay tonight?'
Check it out:
Kane, of course, filed for bankruptcy earlier in his career and cited millions in gambling losses.
What do you think? Did the Green Men go too far? Or is all fair in love and war?
