You've guessed it, Colorado Avalanche forward Matt Duchene is on top of the most recent TSN trade bait list. But the interesting thing on the board is that the Vegas Golden Knights are dominating the list with four players on their own, placed on the trading block.
Defensemen Luca Sbisa and Jason Garrison are place second and fifth respectively on the Top 10. Forward James Neal landed on the third post and his teammate David Perron sits seventh overall.
The rest of the board is completed by Detroit Red Wings' Mike Green (4th place), Vancouver Canucks' Thomas Vanek (6th place), Avalanche's Gabriel Landeskog (9th place) and Los Angeles Kings' Marian Gaborik (10th place).
All Knights players are set to become unrestricted free agents next summer and could be rental players for Cup contenders this spring. The Knights could ensure a stronger future by loading up on draft picks and prospects.
NHL rival clubs could take a gamble in Vegas... literally.
