Report: Penguins working on multiple trades
Keystone Press

Lyle Richardson of the Hockey News is reporting that the Pittsburgh Penguins could be very busy soon with the some trades. Here are some little scoops from the hockey world in regards to the Penguins.

Since being acquired from the Detroit Red Wings, Riley Sheahan has done little for the Pens and could either be shipped to another team or looked to be replaced by other depth on other teams.

The Penguins are also looking for a backup goaltender after Anti Niemi was claimed by the Montreal Canadiens. Richardson also reported that Patrik Hornqvist could be one of the big fish in the NHL who is traded at the trade deadline.
