The Nashville Predators will maybe have to deal with an injury to one of their key defensemen. As reported by hockey insider John Glennon on Twitter, Yannick Weber will miss some action with a lower-body injury. His status will be reevaluated on a daily basis.
Weber, 29, was drafted 73rd overall by the Montreal Canadiens in 2007. He also played with the Vancouver Canucks, before he joined the Predators as a free agent in 2016.
In 359 games played in the NHL, Weber registered 80 points. He added 5 points in 34 playoff games.
The Predators will face the Washington Capitals tomorrow night.
