Things continue to be more and more positive about Montreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Price. After taking the ice on Wednesday in Brossard, the 30-year-old goalie was back at it on Thursday, taking several shots from his goaltending coach Stephane Waite.

Although young net minder Charlie Lindgren will face the Minnesota Wild tonight, with backup Al Montoya, it is important to point out that Price has not been placed on the team's injury reserve.

Price is set to miss a fourth straight game with a lower-body injury. Coach Claude Julien made sure to specify yesterday that the injury was not related to the one Price dealt with last season.

There is some positive progress here.
