Report: Star player lashes out against fans and media in interview
He’s not happy with how his team is being portrayed.

Washington Capitals star Evgeny Kuznetsov is not happy. He’s sick and tired of the criticism that he team faces and he’s not afraid to let people know.
Check out this excerpt from a recent interview during the NHL’s European Player Media Tour last week:
"I don't like when people say we're a bad team right now," Kuznetsov said. “That's bull to me. It's not about the names. It's about the guys when they come together."
Wow, understand, I suppose. But, there’s no denying that the Capitals have struggled with the “names” that Kuznetsov alludes to. However, with the departures of Marcus Johansson, Justin Williams, Karl Alzner, Nate Schmidt and Kevin Shattenkirk, there’s no question that the Caps will look different in 2017-18, for better or worse.
