The Chicago Blackhawks have integrated six rookies this year to their starting lineups and at first it was a bit shaky but the young players seem to have found their groove.
Gustav Forsling and Michal Kempný have received praises from Coach Q and Blackhawks players ever since they hit the ice during the preseason.
Players such as Ryan Hartman and Nick Schmaltz have been turning heads all year and have put up decent numbers since the beginning of the 2016-2017 NHL regular season.
Patrick Kane has even said that the new players are adjusting well and are making big strides towards greatness.
Kane also admits that the veterans of the team have been slacking so far this regular season and it's up to them to step up to this seasons challenges.
