Nashville Predators defenseman Yannick Weber will be sidelined for at least two to four weeks, the team announced on Tuesday. Weber is dealing with a lower-body injury.
Weber, 29, was drafted 73rd overall by the Montreal Canadiens in 2007. He also played with the Vancouver Canucks, before he joined the Predators as a free agent in 2016.
In 359 games played in the NHL, Weber registered 80 points. He added 5 points in 34 playoff games.
The Predators are playing against the Washington Capitals tonight.
