Better now than later, Chicago Blackhawks fans will say. Captain Jonathan Toews will not be the lineup tonight against the Detroit Red Wings.
It was revealed that Toews is sick, and better rest than take part in the preseason game.
The star forward did practice for seven days straight this week.
The Hawks will face the Wings without their captain, who should be back soon enough.
