Ottawa Senators general manager Pierre Dorion is attending the Vegas Golden Knights/New York Islanders game tonight, as reported by insider Arthur Staple on Twitter.
The Senators were reportedly interested in defenseman Jason Garrison, but he was placed on waivers by the Golden Knights, and he will now report to the Chicago Wolves of the AHL. However, Vegas might be interested in goaltender Mike Condon, since both Marc-Andre Fleury and Malcom Subban are sidelined long-term. Dorion might take this opportunity to take a closer look at some pieces he would like in return of his backup goaltender.
