The New York Rangers are currently sitting in last place in the Metropolitain Division, with an early season record of 1-3-0. Alain Vigneault is well-known for mixing up the lines after a loss - and he didn't break the pattern following the team's most recent loss against the St. Louis Blues.

The head coach put Nick Holden back on the top pairing with Ryan McDonagh after being scratched for the first 2 games of the season. Brendan Smith lines back up with Brady Skjei after being scratched for the previous 2 games.

Marc Staal moves back to the left on a pairing with Kevin Shattenkirk

Steve Kampfer and Anthony DeAngelo appear to be scratches for tonight's tilt against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

“Just trying to sort things out right now,” Vigneault said.
