Reports that Ken Holland has accepted a job with new NHL team

The former Red Wings and Oilers GM was invited to training camp, but will he take the job?

According to a report from Jordan Schmaltz, former NHL defenseman and brother of Utah HC forward Nick Schmaltz, former NHL GM Ken Holland may be joining Utah's management staff for this upcoming season.

Schmaltz first reported the news today with NHL insiders Frank Seravalli and Elliotte Friedman both weighing in on the matter.

Holland, of course, did not have his contractr rewnewed by the Edmonton Oilers earlier this offseason and is not currently employed by an NHL club despite a Hall of Fame resume.
