Retired Boston Bruins forward Marc Savard took to social media this morning to lay out his allegiance for the remaining best of 3 series in the Stanley Cup Final. Check it out:

Well… the Penguins are black and gold. I guess that’s gotta count for something? In any case, it’s nice to see the former B’s pivot engaging with fans more and more on social media these days. Last last month he penned a harrowing tale for The Players’ Tribune in which he shared the decisions behind his retirement and how concussions and CTE has affected his life after the NHL.

Nice to have you back in the game, Savvy! Maybe, there’s an analyst role for him sometime in the future?
